Bring all food, coolers, and items you would need when camping. Outdoor cooking is contingent on whether or not there is a fire ban in place.  You may bring a small propane campstove.  Please do not bring Styrofoam to the ranch. Our drinking water is also excellent, fluoride free.

Campers have access to the bathrooms located behind the Conference Hall, which include showers, toilets, and a sink. Please bring your own towel and soaps. During cold weather it is possible to camp in our main hall/AG Building where we have a wood stove. (All by reservation only).    Please check weather forecast prior to visit to ensure you are prepared. We do not refund your stay if the weather is not to your liking.

ROOMS & CABINS – register online

Guest House exterior

Rooms are available by online reservation.  Calling the main number to check on availability can be a hit and miss game and may delay your visit. Please be advised that we are not a hotel. If you are looking to have the comforts of a hotel, there is a list of local hotels in the latter half of our FAQ. All of our rooms are very basic and rustic. None of the rooms have their own bathroom. There are a limited number of rooms available.  As we are limited in the number of rooms we have we require full prepayment for the Eagles Nest and Guest House Rooms as these are the most popular.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $25 per night for rooms and a 48 hour cancellation policy.   The suggested minimum donation  depends on the number of people in the room and the type of room you select.  If a room category is not showing for the weekend you are looking at coming it means that all of those room types are already reserved.  All of our linens are washed & fresh for your arrival.

A variety of rooms are offered (pictures coming soon)

Our unique Eagles Nest is a two story cabin with deck located on the pond.  There is a twin bed on the ground floor and a double bed futon on the second floor – up a ladder.  There is also a deck off the upper bedroom.  This is a beautiful cabin – secluded and peaceful.  It does not have electricity and guests staying here have a short walk to the Campers Bathroom.

There are electric fans for the summer and electric heaters for the cooler months.   It is recommended all guests bring coolers & ice for food storage due to limited refrigeration space.
