CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

CAMPING AT ECETI and
SUGGESTED LODGING IN TROUT LAKE &
SURROUNDING AREA

Please note there is nothing more powerful in connecting with the vortex of ECETI and the elementals here than being close to the Earth camping.  During the conference there there is plenty of space for Camping or RVs (dry camp), however all our cabins and room accommodations are dedicated to our Speakers.  This year we are also offering a limited number of large tents, already set up with queen size air mattresses on cots.  These tents have small closets and mesh hanging baskets for clothes.  These prepared tents will be supplied with Linens, Pillows and towels.

PROVIDED TENT CAMPING – Cost of staying in a large, already set up and furnished ECETI tent is $60 per night per tent up to 3 people. The tent will be set up in a prime spot and the bed fully made before you arrive.  Note the tent will have one queen size air mattress. Additional individuals will need to bring your own sleeping bag.  This camping cost is separate from the Conference Registration Fee and for your convenience you can book your campsite on the same registration page as the Conference Registration. For these ECETI tents we provide bedding, linens and towels. Porta potties are available during the conference in the camping area as well as our permanent Bathrooms/Showers attached to the Conference Hall.

CAMPING – Cost of camping in your OWN tent or vehicle or dry camp RV ($30 per campsite up to 3 people) is separate from the Conference Registration Fee and for your convenience you can book your campsite on the same registration page as the Conference Registration. Bring your own tent, bedding, linens and toiletries.  We have plenty of space.  Campsites are selected on arrival.  Porta potties are available during the conference in the camping area as well as our permanent Bathrooms/Showers attached to the Conference Hall.

RV or CAMPER CAMPING – You may also choose to DRY CAMP at ECETI during the Conference.  Campsite costs are the same for RVs as they are for tents.  The road to ECETI is paved all the way and it is NOT a windy road.  Large RVs will easily fit and there’s plenty of parking.  For hookups, the closest RV Site is the Elk Meadows RV Park (see below)

Local accommodations change quite frequently.  Please use this list as a guideline.   In addition to Trout Lake you may look in White Salmon, Bingen and Hood River.  Please check travel distance between your preferred accommodations and Trout Lake, WA before booking to avoid long travel times.

  1. Hello: We’re intending on camping the entire 6/28 to 7/5 (7 nights) and I paid for the first camping deposit of $30. It did not note whether or not this would suffice as a reservation for the entire time, only that the balance could be paid upon arrival. Just want to make sure we didn’t need to “check” each day we intend to stay.
    Thanks

    1. Aloha – you are fine, you pay the balance for your camping nights on site on arrival. Look forward to welcoming you! Ashli

  2. There are quite a few links that are “dead”…meaning the site is down. The webmaster should check the links after they are put on the page.
